Caseload: Elementary and Secondary Students
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide essential support to students in an educational setting. This is a full-time, in-person role serving elementary and secondary school students.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in alignment with school and state guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid SLP license in the state of Virginia (VA).
- Prior experience working with elementary and secondary school students is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistants) are not eligible for this role.
