Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Folcroft, PA area. We are seeking compassionate professionals dedicated to helping students achieve their communication and language development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Provide therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and report findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students educational plans.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
