Blazerjobs, in partnership with a local school district in Circle Pines, MN, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support to students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on student behavior to track progress.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students in classroom settings, reinforcing positive behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and participate in team meetings to discuss student progress.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid RBT certification.
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
