Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for a full-time role with school districts in the Anoka, MN area.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Document student progress, adjust therapy plans as necessary, and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Minnesota SLP licensure and certification.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations.
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education services.
