We are actively seeking aSchool Social Workerto join theteam with a school district in Anoka, MN.As a School Social Worker,you will be responsible for providing direct counseling services to students, as well as collaborating with school staff and community partners to support students' social-emotional and mental health needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling services to high school students
- Conduct social-emotional assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with school staff to support students' academic success and well-being
- Consult with families and community partners to coordinate services for students
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work or related field
- SW State licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and community partners
- Knowledge of evidence-based counseling practices and interventions
