Position Details:
- Current School Year
- Full or part time options available
- Caseload: K - 12th grade students; Specific caseload details will be discussed during interview process
- Pay Range: $30 - $50 per hour, depending on previous experience
Requirements:
- Must have an active Minnesota OT License
- Must have Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Must be licensed through the Minnesota Board
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assess students' fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and functional capabilities to identify areas needing support.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each student's specific needs, goals, and abilities.
- Provide direct therapy services to students to support the special needs of qualified students with IEPs
- Assign, design, and implementtherapeutic interventions to enhance their ability to perform daily activities within the school setting.
- Prepare and maintain appropriate records for students' goals.
- Other and related duties as apparent or assigned.
