Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) for a full-time role within school districts in the Spring Lake Park, MN area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional evaluations of students abilities.
- Develop individualized occupational therapy goals as part of the IEP team.
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.
- Document and communicate progress on occupational therapy goals.
- Collaborate on strategies for classroom modifications and accommodations to support students.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Minnesota OT license from the Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.
- School-based therapy experience preferred.
- Must adhere to all state and district-specific requirements for practice.
