Blazer Jobs is looking for an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Byfield, MA. As an SLP with Blazer Jobs, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop their speech and language skills, enabling them to succeed in the classroom and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic services to students with speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support each students IEP.
- Document student progress, complete required paperwork, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Engage students in age-appropriate speech therapy activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
- Licensing (Massachusetts): Must hold a current Massachusetts SLP license.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting.
