About the Role:
We are partnering with a school in Chicago, IL, to find a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for the current school year. This full-time, onsite position supports students in grades K12, helping them reach their full potential through tailored therapy services.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours/week
- Caseload: Grades K12 (specifics discussed during interviews)
- Pay Rate: $40$50/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' fine motor skills, sensory integration, visual-motor coordination, self-care, and functional performance
- Develop individualized treatment plans with goals tailored to students' unique needs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions
Requirements:
- Active Illinois OT License
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed through the Illinois Board
- Experience with IEPs is preferred but not required
