Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time position in Olympia, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychoeducational assessments and a desire to work with a diverse student population. This role is integral to supporting the emotional, behavioral, and academic development of students within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and provide recommendations for interventions.
- Work closely with educators, parents, and administrators to support student success.
- Provide counseling and mental health support to students.
- Develop IEPs and assist in the implementation of behavioral interventions.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree or Doctorate in School Psychology or related field.
- Washington State School Psychologist Certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in school-based psychology.
- Experience with IEP development and assessments is required.
