Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Work closely with teachers to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
- Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to school staff regarding speech and language needs.
Requirements:
- Delaware Speech-Language Pathology License.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
