We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join our team at an Early Childhood Center in Felton, DE. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs and new graduates to work with preschool-aged children in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress

Maintain accurate and detailed records of student assessments and progress

Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related activities as needed
Requirements:
-
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Experience working in a school setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
