Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and work with middle school students. This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of three days per week, where you will provide speech and language support to help students achieve their communication and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in middle school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' progress.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on students progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating educational strategies.
Qualifications:
- A valid state license to practice as an SLP in Delaware.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with middle school-aged students is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
