Location: Delaware (serving two buildings across middle and high school)
Caseload: Middle and High School Students
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school team in Delaware. This role involves managing a middle and high school caseload across two school buildings, providing direct services, assessments, and support to students with diverse communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Provide therapy sessions aligned with students' needs and educational goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and assessments.
- Stay updated on best practices and regulations in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- State licensure or certification to practice as an SLP in Delaware.
- Experience working with middle and high school students preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
