Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic educational team in Odessa, DE. In this role, youll assess and treat K-12 students with speech and language challenges. Your goal will be to help students develop essential communication skills and succeed academically and socially. You will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to create individualized treatment plans that address each students needs.
Essential Responsibilities

Speech and Language Assessments:
Conduct detailed evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.

Develop Treatment Plans:
Create customized therapy plans based on individual student assessments to address their unique needs.

Provide Therapy:
Deliver speech therapy services in both individual and group settings, focusing on articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication.

Monitor and Adjust Progress:
Continuously track and evaluate student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes.

Collaborate with Educators & Families:
Work with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate speech and language goals into Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and classroom settings.

Promote Social Skills:
Help students develop social communication skills for better peer interaction and classroom engagement.
