Job Description:
You will play a vital role in helping students overcome significant speech and language challenges, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide language therapy to help students respond to questions and follow instructions.
- Collaborate with teachers to co-plan and co-teach for improved student outcomes.
- Oversee paraprofessional support to ensure effective IEP implementation.
- Administer assessments and present findings during IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with educators to develop tailored strategies for student growth.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
- Active ASHA certification and Pennsylvania state SLP licensure.
- Experience working with severe needs caseloads preferred.
