Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Provide therapy to students with communication challenges.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.

Maintain detailed records of student performance and progress.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current Massachusetts SLP license.
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

At least one year of experience as an SLP.

Familiarity with school-based settings and IEP development.
