Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a school-based position in Round Rock, TX, near Austin. This role includes providing therapy, evaluations, documentation, and supporting student progress in a school setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Manage therapy documentation, billing, and reporting.
- Attend ARD meetings, contribute to progress reports, and develop therapy plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy, completed by the required date.
- A minimum GPA as specified, based on the last 60 credit hours of the degree program.
- Successful completion of prerequisite courses with a grade of C or better.
- Required volunteer or observation hours in an occupational therapy setting.
- Two letters of reference, preferably from licensed occupational therapists.
