Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Attleboro, MA area. We seek passionate professionals dedicated to improving students' communication and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
- Provide therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language impairments.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on assessments.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current Massachusetts SLP license or ability to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
