Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students, addressing a range of communication disorders including speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, developing personalized therapy plans based on individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers and other school staff to implement therapy plans and ensure students are making progress.
- Support students in improving their articulation, language comprehension, expressive language, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other specialists to create strategies for supporting students in the classroom.
- Monitor students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary, and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of progress.
- Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and staff on strategies for supporting students' communication needs in the classroom.
- Support students during classroom activities and group sessions to foster speech and language development in an inclusive environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping students succeed.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage therapy caseloads efficiently.
Hours:
- 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- 35 hours per week (hours may vary)
