Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students, addressing a range of communication disorders including speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, developing personalized therapy plans based on individual needs.
Work closely with teachers and other school staff to implement therapy plans and ensure students are making progress.
Support students in improving their articulation, language comprehension, expressive language, and social communication skills.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other specialists to create strategies for supporting students in the classroom.
Monitor students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary, and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of progress.
Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and staff on strategies for supporting students' communication needs in the classroom.
Support students during classroom activities and group sessions to foster speech and language development in an inclusive environment.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
