Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and support services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to address student needs.

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Licensure: Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker Endorsement.
- Education: Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Experience: Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and meet district-specific clearance requirements.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
