Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of School Year 2025
- FTE: 0.6 (part-time)
- Work Environment: Prefer onsite, but virtual is an option
- Caseload: Kindergarten - 4th Grade
Hours:
- School Day: 8:00 AM 2:15 PM
- Work Hours: 7:40 AM 3:10 PM
Job Duties:
- Provide social work services to elementary students (Kindergarten through 4th grade).
- Support students with individual or group counseling, behavior management, and emotional support.
- Facilitate student groups and push-in classroom support (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays mornings).
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a supportive environment for students.
- Implement individualized strategies to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with elementary-aged students is preferred.
- Social Work licensure required.
- School-based experience is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite is preferred, but virtual services can be managed if needed.
