Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students social and emotional needs through observations, interviews, and assessments.
- Develop and implement intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families.
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
- Assist in crisis management and connect families with community resources.
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop student support plans.
Requirements:
- Education: Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Licensure: Current Michigan School Social Work License or certification.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in school-based social work.
