Blazer Jobs is searching for a motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school team in Soldotna, Alaska. This role offers a chance to create lasting impacts on students functional and academic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students motor and sensory processing skills.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with IEP teams to set and achieve student goals.
- Provide therapy sessions focused on improving fine motor, self-regulation, and sensory integration skills.
- Maintain documentation of services provided and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Alaska state OT license.
- Previous school or pediatric experience (minimum 1 year).
- NBCOT certification preferred.
