Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite position in Green Bay, WI. This role involves supporting students across two schools, addressing communication needs, and collaborating with school staff to enhance student success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide therapy sessions and monitor student progress.
Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin SLP license required.
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CF).
- Experience in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
