Key Responsibilities:
- Provide culturally sensitive individual and group counseling.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and community organizations.
- Conduct assessments to identify social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.

Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Wisconsin School Social Worker Certification.
- Fluency in English and another language (Spanish preferred).
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills.
