Blazer Jobs is seeking an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position serving multiple locations in Itasca and Bloomingdale, IL. This role involves providing speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students across two schools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs.
- Deliver therapy services across multiple school sites, adhering to district schedules.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Illinois state SLP licensure required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience working with elementary-age students in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be available for onsite services.
