School Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Schedule Details:
- Location of Services: Local SchoolCampus
- Academic School Year Calendar, following Standard School Hours.
Typical Job Duties:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students' communication goals.
- Provide both direct therapy and consultation services, supporting students' IEPs and progress toward academic and developmental success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state.
- Must meet all Department of Education and state regulatory requirements.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
