Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based role serving early childhood through 8th-grade students in Franklin Park, IL. Help students develop essential skills to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to assess students fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student goals.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports on student progress.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations and interventions.
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current Illinois state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

At least 1 year of experience in a school or pediatric setting.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
